Babar Azam Surpasses Rohit Sharma in T20I Runs, Now Second Only to Virat Kohli
Babar Azam was plumb out but he still went upstairs to review it.

Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam etched his name further into the record books on Saturday during the second T20I against England in Birmingham.
The Pakistan skipper surpassed Rohit Sharma to become the second-highest run scorer in the history of T20I cricket.
His knock of 32 runs took his career T20I tally to 3,987 runs, surpassing Rohit Sharma’s total of 3,974. Babar Azam achieved this feat in 111 innings.
The only batter ahead of Babar Azam now is the legendary Virat Kohli. The Indian run-machine remains at the top of the pile with a staggering total of over 4,000 T20I runs, making him the only player to breach this prestigious mark.
With many more years ahead of him, there’s a strong possibility that he could challenge Kohli for the top spot in the near future.
