Rachin Ravindra scored 263 runs in ICC Champions Trophy 2025, finishing as the top run-scorer with two centuries in the tournament

New Zealand’s Rachin Ravindra was adjudged as Player of the Tournament award for his outstanding performance in ICC Champions Trophy 2025, finishing as the tournament’s highest run-scorer with 263 runs in four innings. He averaged 68.75 and had a strike rate of over 106. He also took 3 wickets in the tournament with an economy of 4.67.
His best knock came against Bangladesh, where he smashed 112. Ravindra also scored a match-winning 108 in the semifinal against South Africa. However, in the final against India, he managed only 37 runs before being bowled by Kuldeep Yadav.
With five centuries and all in the ICC events, Ravindra now holds the record for most hundreds by a New Zealand player in global tournaments. In his 32-match ODI career, he has scored 1,196 runs, including a highest score of 123*.
