Lowest Totals in IPL History

RCB's 49 all out is the lowest total of IPL history.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is known for big scores and power hitting. But over the years, some teams have also struggled badly and got all out for very low scores. Here are the lowest team totals in IPL history.

RCB – 49 All Out vs KKR (2017)

Royal Challengers Bengaluru hold the record for the lowest total in IPL history. They were bowled out for just 49 runs in 9.4 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens on 23 April 2017. They lost the match and could not even play the full 20 overs.

RR – 58 All Out vs RCB (2009)

Rajasthan Royals were bundled out for only 58 runs while chasing against RCB in Cape Town on 18 April 2009. They could not handle the RCB bowling and were dismissed in 15.1 overs. The run rate was just 3.82, and the Royals lost the match.

RR – 59 All Out vs RCB (2023)

Rajasthan Royals again faced a batting collapse in 2023. Playing at their home ground in Jaipur, they were all out for just 59 runs in 10.3 overs against RCB on 14 May 2023. It was another big loss for the Royals in IPL history.

Delhi Daredevils – 66 All Out vs MI (2017)

On 6 May 2017, Delhi Daredevils were bowled out for 66 runs in 13.4 overs by Mumbai Indians at their home ground in Delhi. The batting completely failed, and they lost the match by a big margin.

Delhi Daredevils – 67 All Out vs Kings XI Punjab (2017)

Just a few days before the MI game, Daredevils had another poor show. On 30 April 2017, they were dismissed for only 67 runs in 17.1 overs against Kings XI Punjab in Mohali. The top order could not score, and the team was under pressure from the start.
