Shubman Gill Breaks Silence on Pahalgam Attack, Says “Violence Has No Place”
Shubman Gill expressed his sorrow over the recent terror attack in Pahalgam.

Indian cricketer Shubman Gill has expressed his condolences following the tragic terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The incident took place at Baisaran meadow on Tuesday, where a group of terrorists, reportedly dressed in army uniforms, opened fire on tourists.
At least 26 people have lost their lives in this horrific attack, including two foreign nationals. The incident is being called one of the worst attacks in the region in recent years.
Shubman Gill, who is currently captaining Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2025 and has his team at the top of the points table, reacted on Twitter, writing:
“Heartbreaking to hear about the attack in Pahalgam. My prayers are with the victims and their families. Violence like this has no place in our country.”
His words echo the sentiment of many across the country who are mourning the loss and demanding strict action against those responsible.
