“Mayank Out Tha Toh Ye Toh Plumb Hai” – KL Rahul & Virat Kohli Talks Caught On Stump Mic

Team India vice captain KL Rahul was caught on stump mic saying “Mayank ka Out tha, toh ye toh clean hai, Plumb hai ye” which roughly translates to “If Mayank was out, then this is plumb”, while discussing the review in 13th over of South Africa’s inning, which Keegan Petersen survived on the back of Umpire’s call.

Notably, Mayank Agarwal (60 off 123), on the opening day of the Boxing Day Test against South Africa in Centurion was trapped by Lungi Ngidi with a delivery that nipped back in and struck on the pads.

The ball-tracking showed that it was hitting the top of the off-stump but the umpire’s call was not taken into consideration, which saw Mayank Agarwal walking back to the pavilion.

Talking about the match, South Africa is at 74/2 at the time of writing with captain Dean Elgar batting at 43 while Rassie van der Dussen is batting at 11. South Africa needs 231 runs to win this match while India needs 8 wickets to register victory.
