Virat Kohli Becomes Fastest Batsman To Score 22,000 International Runs
Virat Kohli became the eighth batsman to the feat and third Indian after Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid.

During the second ODI of the 3 match series, Indian skipper Virat Kohli might fell 11 runs short of completing a hundred in international cricket after a year but the Indian captain touched yet another milestone as he completed 22,000 international runs on Sunday.
Virat Kohli played a brilliant knock of 89 but he would have been disappointed to depart without getting the job done for his side in a mammoth 390-run chase against Australia in the 2nd ODI of the ongoing series.
Virat Kohli became the fastest player to score 22,000 international runs. The veteran has 22,011 runs in international cricket in 418 matches. He has 11,977 runs in ODIs, 7,240 in Tests, and 2,794 in T20Is.
After Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid, Kohli become the 3rd batsman to achieve this milestone. Master ‘Blaster’ Tendulkar tops the list with 34,357 runs in 664 matches and Rahul Dravid finished his international career with 24,208 runs in 509 matches.
Virat Kohli is also the 8th batsman to get to the milestone in international cricket.

As long as the second ODI is concerned, India lost the match by 51 runs against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground in Sydney on Friday. With this win, Aussies seal a series against India.
Australia is up by 2-0 in the three-match ODI series. India in the final ODI will be hoping to avoid a whitewash at Canberra.
