Syed Mushtaq Ali T20: Yuvraj Singh Named In Punjab’s Probables Squad
Yuvraj Singh who turned 39 just a couple of days ago, has been training regularly at the PCA stadium in Mohali. He had also shared a short video clip of him batting on social media to make his intentions clear.
The two-time world cup winner and India veteran cricketer Yuvraj Singh who had announced his retirement from all forms of cricket last year is all set for his comeback in the competitive cricket.
Yuvraj Singh was named in the probable 30 man squad of Punjab for the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 tournament.
Punjab Cricket Association was requested Yuvraj Singh to play for their side, to which Yuvraj Singh had given his assurance.
Recently turned 39, Yuvraj Singh has been training regularly at PCA stadium in Mohali according to a report by TOI.
Yuvraj Singh also shared a short video clip on social media in which he was seen playing some fantastic strokes which showed his intention regarding his comeback. This video is viral among Yuvraj’s fans discussing his comeback in the competitive cricket and share their opinions.

However, the Punjab Cricket Association’s secretary Puneet Bali said, “We’re still waiting for the BCCI response”, as quoted in the report.
Previously, Yuvraj Singh had participated in the Global T20 League in Canada after receiving NOC from BCCI.
However, BCCI doesn’t allow active cricketers to participate in any foreign leagues.
The domestic cricket in India will begin from January 10, 2021, with the Commencement of Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy. The final will be played on January 31
