The reigning champions Gujarat Titans have retained a total of 18 players and will be heading into IPL 2023 auction with a purse of INR 19.25 Crore.
Earlier, the Gujarat-based team made a successful all-cash trade with Kolkata Knight Riders and traded Afghanistan wicket-keeper batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Kiwi pacer, Lockie Ferguson, to two-time champions.
Going into IPL 2023, Gujarat Titans have released just four players and have persisted with the team that lifted the coveted trophy in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in their very first attempt.
