IND vs BAN: Mohd Shami Ruled Out of ODIs Against Bangladesh, Umran Malik Named Replacement
Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the ODI series against Bangladesh due to a shoulder injury.

Team India suffered another huge blow as star pacer Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the upcoming three-match one-day international (ODI) series against Bangladesh due to a shoulder injury.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Saturday (December 3) released a statement in this regard and announced Umran Malik as the replacement for the senior pacer in the three-match ODI series.
As per BCCI’s statement, the Uttar Pradesh-born had suffered the injury during a training session and is ‘currently under the supervision of the BCCI Medical Team at the NCA’.
“Fast bowler Mohd. Shami sustained a shoulder injury during a training session in the lead up to the ODI series against Bangladesh. He is currently under the supervision of the BCCI Medical Team at the NCA, Bengaluru and will not be able to take part in the three-match series,” a BCCI statement on Saturday morning said.
