IND vs BAN: Umran Malik Sends Najmul Hossain Shanto’s Off Stump Flying – Watch Video
IND vs BAN: Umran Malik replaced Kuldeep Sen in the second ODI against Bangladesh.

Indian speedster Umran Malik hogged the limelights once again after he rattled the stumps of Najmul Hossain Shanto in the ongoing must-win second ODI match against Bangladesh in Shere Bangla Stadium, Mirpur.
Malik came round the wicket and bowled a good length delivery, angling inside. Shanto, who was standing at leg stump, pushed his bat forward but couldn’t get the line of the ball as it went straight through the gap and sent the off stump for a long walk.

Here it is pertinent to mention that, the Jammu pacer has been roped into the Playing XI as a replacement as pacer Kuldeep Sen was not available for selection for the second ODI against Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur due to a stiff back.
“Kuldeep Sen complained of back stiffness following the first ODI against Bangladesh on Sunday. The BCCI Medical Team assessed him and advised him to rest. He was not available for selection for the 2nd ODI,” BCCI said in an official statement.
As for the match, Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat first. India captain Rohit Sharma has been taken to hospital after he injured his thumb during fielding. Vice-captain KL Rahul has taken over the charge in Rohit’s absence.
At the time of writing, the Bangladesh scoreboard reads 69/5 in 18.5 overs. Apart from Malik, Mohammed Siraj and Washington Sundar have taken two wickets each.
