The Indian Premier League’s most famous trio, Virat Kohli, Chris Gayle, and AB de Villiers, have touched down in Bangalore ahead of the 16th edition of the tournament.
The official handle of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) shared a video on their social media handle, capturing the grand arrival of the players. Social media is abuzz with the viral video of their arrival, as fans are excited to see the trio together in the unboxing event.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore have scheduled a ceremony on March 26, Sunday, to honour former players for their invaluable contributions to the franchise during their time in the league, by inducting them into the ‘RCB Hall of Fame.’
In a move to pay tribute to the contributions of the batting legends to the franchise, the team has decided to permanently retire their jersey numbers. Earlier this week the franchise took to Twitter to announce the move and wrote:
“We promised you during last year’s IPL that we’ll get @ABdeVilliers17 and @henrygayle together at the Chinnaswamy stadium. And yes, they’re going to be present at the #RCBUnbox event on the 26th of March 2023 for the RCB Hall of Fame induction.”
RCB will be led by Faf du Plessis for the second successive season in the cash-rich league. The South Africa batter took over the charge after Virat Kohli stepped down from the role after IPL 2021. They will open their IPL 2023 campaign against Mumbai Indians at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday, April 2.
