West Indies’ star wicket-keeper batter Nicolas Pooran, has extended his exceptional streak by scoring his third ODI century, making it his second century of the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023.

The left-handed batter unleashed a batting onslaught against the Netherlands bowlers, effortlessly reaching a staggering score of 105 runs from just 65 deliveries. His breathtaking knock nine boundaries and an astonishing six sixes.

Meanwhile, Nicolas Pooran reached the three-run mark in a mere 63 deliveries, marking it as the third-fastest century by a West Indies batter in ODIs. Only Brian Lara (45 balls) and Chris Gayle (55 balls) have achieved faster centuries than Pooran in West Indies cricket history.

Thanks to a brilliant half-century by West Indies opener Brandon King and a scintillating century by Nicolas Pooran, the Carribeans managed to amass a mammoth total of 374 runs in their allotted 50 overs after being asked to bat first.
