India’s star batter, KL Rahul, who is making his comeback after a four-month hiatus has completed 2000 runs in the ODI format on Sunday, September 10th.

During a match against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2023 Super Four, Rahul reached the 2000-run mark in 53 innings, equaling Virat Kohli‘s record, who had achieved this feat in the same number of innings.

Leading the charge is the seasoned opener Shikhar Dhawan, who accomplished this milestone in just 48 innings, followed closely by former captain Sourav Ganguly and batter Navjot Sidhu, both reaching it in 52 innings.
