KL Rahul Joins LSG Team In Lucknow Ahead of IPL 2024
KL Rahul has joined LSG in Lucknow ahead of IPL 2024.
Lucknow Super Giants’ (LSG) captain, KL Rahul, has joined the team in Lucknow ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season after missing half of the last season due to injury.
Rahul was sidelined midseason last year due to a hamstring injury. However, he staged a memorable return during the Asia Cup and World Cup 2023. He also made a stellar return to Test cricket as well.
The medical team has advised him against keeping wickets at the start of IPL 2023, as he has recently recovered from a quadriceps injury sustained during the first test match against England.
Additionally, there are reports suggesting that KL Rahul aims to return to the middle order, eyeing a spot in the T20 World Cup 2024. Given his success in the middle order in ODIs and Tests, he intends to replicate that performance in T20Is.
