Tristan Stubbs is having a breakthrough season, after having a couple of middling seasons he is now coming into his own which has boosted Delhi’s middle order.

At one place where Delhi has struggled is with its lower order and its inefficiency has cost them some crucial runs.

They are now hoping Shai Hope comes good at six because they don’t have any other player to replace him if Hope fails.

Another drawback of this is that Delhi will now have all their 4 foreign players playing in the top 6, leaving them to work with an Indian bowling core without the services of Anrich Nortje and Jhye Richardson.

Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav to Lead Delhi’s Spin Bowling Attack

Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav will form the skin bowling attack for Delhi, Kuldeep’s return has provided a fresh new breath to the bowling of Delhi. Kuldeep at his best breaks the game with his superb bowling and wicket-taking abilities.

In the absence of Anrich Nortje, Delhi will go into this match with a one-dimensional bowling attack.

Ishant Sharma and Khaleel Ahmed will take up the task of operating the new ball, they will also deliver an over each in the final overs of the innings because of the lack of death bowlers for Delhi.

Mukesh Kumar will mark his presence in this match by operating in the middle and final part of the innings.

Abhishek Porel is expected to be the Impact Substitute for Delhi who will provide them with much the required batting Depth.
