Delhi Capitals, on the other hand, retained Rishabh Pant, Axar Patel, Prithvi Shaw, and Anrich Nortje ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. They did some excellent signings in the auction like David Warner, Mitchel Marsh, Shardul Thakur, Mustafizur Rahman, and Kuldeep Yadav.

Delhi Capitals, however, will miss the services of David Warner, Mitchell Marsh and Anrich Nortje for the first few games of DC. Suryakumar Yadav will miss Mumbai Indians’ opening game as he is recovering from an injury.
