Beth Mooney has once again shown her class in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025. The Australian wicket-keeper batter scored the first half-century of the season for Gujarat Giants against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. She reached her fifty in just 37 balls at the Kamboti Stadium in Vadodara.

Beth Mooney’s Consistent Form in WPL

Mooney was the highest run-scorer for Gujarat Giants last season, and she has continued her good form this year. This is her fourth 50+ score in the last five WPL innings, and all of them have come while batting first. Her performance is a big boost for Gujarat Giants as they look to start the season strongly.

Mooney completed her half-century on the last ball of the 10th over. Facing Georgia Wareham, she clipped the ball to long-on and took a single to bring up her fifty. The Gujarat Giants dugout was full of smiles as their star batter continued to dominate the league.
