Lucknow Super Giants star Nicholas Pooran set the stage on fire, smashing Delhi Capitals’ all-rounder Tristan Stubbs all over the park in the 13th over during the 4th match of IPL 2025. The Caribbean power-hitter went berserk, launching four consecutive sixes before ending the over with a boundary.
Nicholas Pooran’s Carnage in the 13th Over
Lucknow Super Giants were already cruising at a strong run rate when Nicholas Pooran decided to accelerate further. Stubbs came in to bowl, but what followed was sheer destruction. Pooran took charge, sending the first four deliveries flying over the ropes before finishing with a four.
The left-hander’s brutal hitting left the opposition stunned and took LSG past the 150-run mark in no time.

At the end of 14 overs, LSG reached 162 for 3, with Pooran leading the charge at 70 off 27 balls, striking at an unbelievable 259.26. His innings included seven sixes and five fours, making it a nightmare for the bowlers.
Mitchell Marsh also played a brilliant knock, smashing 72 off 36 balls with six sixes before getting dismissed.
Tristan Stubbs’ Nightmare Over
Tristan Stubbs had a forgettable outing, conceding 28 runs in his only over. His figures turned out to be the most expensive among all bowlers, as LSG continued their dominance.
With Pooran still at the crease, LSG looks set for a massive total. The opposition will need something special to stop this onslaught.
