IND vs AUS: Australia Are Going to Blow Away India at MCG -Shane Warne
Shane Warne believes Australia will "blow away" India in the Boxing Day Test as the visitors are without their regular skipper Virat Kohli and ace pacer Mohammed Shami.

Former legendary spinner of Australia Shane Warne feels that the host Australia will “blow away” team India in the second Test of the 4 match series as the visitors are still in shock after the Adelaide debacle.
India bowled out for their lowest ever Test score of 36 in the second inning in the series opener played in Adelaide. The visitors faced a humiliating 8 wicket defeat by the hands of Australia.
Josh Hazelwood (5-8) and Pat Cummins (4-21) were the heroes of the match as they broke the backs of Indian batters in the first Test. They both shared nine wickets among themselves as they ended India’s show on an embarrassingly low score of 36 runs.
“I think Australia is probably going to blow them away,” Shane Warne told ‘Fox Cricket’.
“Having said that, they have some class players to come in like KL Rahul. Young Gill will come in. (Ajinkya) Rahane is a class act. We know what (Cheteshwar) Pujara can do,” he said.
Warne, at the same time also feels that Mohammad Shami’s absence in the second Test is a huge loss for the visitors. Notably, Shami got injured in the first Test and later scans revealed that he fractured his arm and has ruled out of the remaining Test series against Australia.
“(Mohammed) Shami is a huge loss as well. He’s such a quality bowler. And if you look at bowlers for the Melbourne conditions drop-in pitches. Shami hits the seam and stands it up and bowls a good length and straight.”

Warne further stated that Australian pacer deserves more credit for the Adelaide victory than the criticism faced by the Indian batsmen.
“Yeah, you can have a go at the Indians but I think you would rather give credit to the Australians and how well they bowled,” the 51-year-old former leg-spinner said.
“They were outstanding, that bowling attack. The four bowlers plus Green, have been good bowlers for a long time. They are turning themselves into great bowlers now. To watch them go to work in Adelaide was fantastic.”
India To Face Australia in Boxing Day Test
India is going to face Australia on the Boxing Day Test at Melbourne Cricket Ground. The visitors will be without their regular captain Virat Kohli as he had already headed back to India to be with his wife Anushka Sharma who is going to give birth to their first child in January.
In Kohli’s absence, Ajinkya Rahane will lead team India in the remaining Test series against Australia. Few more changes could also be seen with Shubman Gill expected to open with Mayank Agarwal and Ravindra Jadeja, KL Rahul is expected to make a comeback.
