After completing the T20I and ODI series against New Zealand, team India is all set for the Bangladesh tour for a three-match ODI series followed by two-match test series.
It will be the first tour of team India to Bangladesh after 2015. Also, for the first time since 2010, the Men in Blue will play more than one match test series in Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh suffered massive blows ahead of their three-match ODI series as their star pacer Taskin Ahmed was ruled out of the first match of the ODI series due to back problems. Later, Bangladesh skipper Tamim Iqbal was also ruled out of the entire ODI series due to injury.
