IND vs ENG: England Pacer James Anderson Starts Practice in Hyderabad Ahead of Five-Match Test Series

James Anderson has resumed practice in Hyderabad ahead of India test series

The English Cricket Team arrived in Hyderabad on Sunday, January 21, gearing up for a five-match Test series against India. The action is scheduled to kick off on January 25 at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium.

Following their practice session in Abu Dhabi, where conditions mirror those in India, the England cricket team has now resumed training in Hyderabad.

The veteran pace spearhead of the team, James Anderson, who holds the title of being the oldest member of the touring side, has already resumed practice in Hyderabad. A viral picture of him bowling in the nets is making waves on social media.

Meanwhile, the English team has already suffered a huge blow. Star middle-order batter Harry Brook has travelled back home due to personal reasons and will miss the series. They called up Dan Lawrenceto replace him in the squad.

England lost by 4-0 and 3-1 margins during their previous two tours of India in 2016 and 2021. They will surely look to bounce back stronger this year, given this series is going to be the part of World Test Championship 2023-25.
