Sunrisers Hyderabad released their captain Kane Williamson along with 11 other players and will head into IPL 2023 auction with a highest purse of INR 42.25 Crore.

The 2016 IPL champions had yet another underwhelming Indian Premier League (IPL) season and they were knocked out of the league stage after managing just six wins from 14 matches in the 15th edition of the cash-rich league.

They have persisted with their top performers of IPL 2022. Rahul Tripathi, Abhishek Sharma, Aiden Markram, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Glenn Phillips are the top players that SRH have retained ahead of the IPL 2023 auction.
