IPL 2025 Match 3: Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians – Match Highlights and Scorecard
Chennai Super Kings defeated Mumbai Indians by 4 wickets in the 3rd match of the IPL 2025.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) secured a four-wicket win over Mumbai Indians (MI) in the third match of IPL 2025 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
MI, batting first, posted 155 for 9 in 20 overs, with Tilak Varma (31 off 25) and Suryakumar Yadav (29 off 26) making useful contributions.
However, Noor Ahmad’s sensational spell of 4 for 18 and Khaleel Ahmed’s three wickets restricted MI from accelerating in the death overs.
In response, CSK got off to a flying start with Ruturaj Gaikwad smashing 53 off 26 balls. Despite losing wickets in the middle overs, Rachin Ravindra’s unbeaten 65 off 45 deliveries guided CSK to victory in 19.1 overs.
Vignesh Puthur impressed for MI with figures of 3 for 32, but it wasn’t enough to turn the game in their favor.
Following the match, social media was flooded with memes celebrating Noor Ahmad’s brilliant spell and Ruturaj Gaikwad’s explosive knock. Fans also trolled MI for their batting struggles as CSK continued their strong start to IPL 2025.
