Fan Runs Onto the Field to Meet Kohli

During the 13th over of RCB’s chase, a fan breached security and ran onto the field. His goal was to meet Virat Kohli, his idol. Kohli was getting ready to face the next ball when he saw the fan rushing towards him. This left Kohli frustrated, and he turned away in irritation.

Despite this, Kohli remained calm. He picked the fan up from the ground and even hugged him. The supporter also touched Kohli’s feet to show his respect. Soon, security officials stepped in and took the fan away. Before leaving, the fan hugged Kohli once more.

The on-field officials asked the fan to leave the pitch immediately. As security officials approached, Kohli was seen requesting them to handle the fan gently.

RCB’s Victory and Fan’s Arrest

Though it was a home match for KKR, the stadium echoed with “RCB RCB” chants. The crowd was thrilled as RCB chased down 175 runs with seven wickets in hand. Rajat Patidar led the side well, and the visitors started their season on a winning note.
