Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants engage in a player-to-player trade ahead of the IPL 2024 auction, with Devdutt Padikkal donning LSG colours and Avesh Khan moving to RR for the upcoming IPL season.
As per a report of ESPNcricinfo, the franchises agreed for a trade last week and will receive the approval from BCCI by the end of this week.
This marks the second trade within the ongoing window, following the earlier exchange where Romário Shepard moved from Lucknow Super Giants to Mumbai Indians in a player-for-money deal.
The BCCI has set November 26 as a deadline for the franchises to announce their retention lists. The player auction for the 2024 season will take place in Dubai on December 19.
