Nicholas Pooran Announces His Engagement, Gets Wishes From KXIP And West Indies Teammates

West Indies and Kings XI Punjab star batsman, Nicholas Pooran, who is known for his big shots in the cricket has announced his engagement to his long-time girlfriend Alyssa Miguel.

On Tuesday, he shared an adorable picture on his Instagram handle, where he can ve seen kneeling down while putting the engagement ring in Miguel’s finger.

“God has blessed us with a great blessing. I am glad to announce that @kathrina_miguel and I got engaged. Love you Mig. I got you,” the 25-year-old captioned the picture.

Soon after the announcement, every next cricketer, from Chris Gayle to Mayank Agarwal, from Kieron Pollard to Shreyas Gopal, from Mandeep Singh to Chris Jordan piled up in comment section and congratulated the lovely pair.

Pooran was part of Kings XI Punjab in the just-concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Being a big hitter, he has always impressed his fans around the world. As long as his IPL 2020 records are concerned, the veteran has accumulated 353 runs in 14 games so far. His girlfriend Alyssa was also accompanying the Trinidad-born during the whole tour.

Pooran is currently in New Zealand and will feature in West Indies’ 3-match T20I series against the hosts and will fly straight to Australia to be a part of Melbourne Stars in the upcoming Big Bash League 10 (BBL).
