PCB Names Azhar Mahmood as Pakistan Head Coach for New Zealand Series
Azhar Mahmood has been appointed as the head coach of Pakistan cricket team.
In the latest turn of events, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed Azhar Mahmood as the head coach of the Pakistan cricket team for the upcoming five-match T20I series against New Zealand.
Wahab Riaz has assumed the role of senior team manager, with Mohammad Yousuf taking on the position of batting coach. Saeed Ajmal, previously the bowling coach during tours of Australia and New Zealand, will maintain his role as the spin bowling coach.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan cricket team lineup for the New Zealand series will be announced on Tuesday, April 9th. Earlier, PCB re-appointed Babar Azam as the captain of the Men in Green for the limited-overs cricket, replacing Shaheen Afridi.
