Yograj praised Rohit’s dedication to fitness, stating:
“Rohit Sharma is a great player who never thought about fitness and training. If he does [continue training], he can play till he is 50.”
This statement from Yograj Singh comes amidst discussions about whether experienced players like Rohit Sharma should make way for younger talents in the T20 format.
Rohit Sharma’s poor form in IPL 2024 has raised concerns about his performance in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Since his century against CSK in mid-April, he has managed only 69 runs in six innings.
