RR vs RCB: Virat Kohli Creates History; Becomes 1st Indian to Smash 100 T20 Fifties
Virat Kohli becomes the first Indian to hit 100 fifties in T20 cricket, showing his amazing consistency in the format.

Virat Kohli continues to break records even at the age of 36. In the match against Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2025, the former India captain smashed his 100th T20 fifty, becoming the first Indian to do so in the shortest format.
Kohli reached his half-century in 39 balls and remained unbeaten till the end, guiding Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a comfortable nine-wicket win while chasing 174 runs. His calm and controlled innings of 62 off 45 balls helped RCB register their fourth win of the season.
With this knock, Kohli became only the second player in the world to hit 100 fifties in T20s, after David Warner who leads the list with 108.
