India batsman Shreyas Iyer has shared an Instagram video in which he can be seen dancing alongside Dhanashree Verma, the wife of spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.
Shreyas Iyer is working on his other skills while spending his time away from the cricket field for now. The DC Captain is known for his stylish batting, good dressing sense and the magic tricks which he has showcased on many occasions on various social media platforms.
Iyer, on Wednesday shared a video on Instagram where he could be seen shaking a leg with Dhanashree Verma, the wife of India spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.
Everyone is familiar with the Dhanashree Verma. She is the wife of Indian leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal. As they get married a few months ago and both of them enjoying their married life together.
The video has gone viral and is getting a lot of appreciation from the fans. Iyer’s dance moves are so good that for once he looks like overshadowing Dhanashree Verma, who is a choreographer by profession.
Iyer took to Instagram to share a video of their dance and captioned it, “Thinking on our feet.” He also tagged Dhanashree and Kish, a photographer and cinematographer – mainly associated with dance crew MJ5.
Hardik Pandya, R.Sridhar and Dharmendrasinh Jadeja were among the others who heaped praises on Shreyas and Dhanashree’s performance.
Meanwhile, a user commented, “Bhabhi k aane se puri cricket team dance seekh jaegi.”
Another tagged Yuzi and wrote, “Common @yuzi_chahal23 you should do the same moves. We are waiting.”

Shreyas Iyer is gearing up for the white ball series against England which will include five T20Is followed by three ODIs. Also, Iyer led Delhi Capitals to their first IPL final in 2020 and will once again captain the side as DC announced their retained and released players list ahead of IPL 2021 auction, which is set to take place in Chennai on February 18.
Shreyas Iyer has also been named as the captain of Mumbai in the Vijay Hazare Trophy which starts from February 20. Prithvi Shaw will be his deputy. The Salil Ankola-led selection committee on Wednesday announced a 22-member squad for the tournament.
