The 32nd match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 is being played between New Zealand and Scotland at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Scotland won the toss and opted to bowl first. Meanwhile, something happened in the 8th over of the first innings of the match, which has left the fans and commentators in splits.

Actually, if Scotland or Namibia beat New Zealand and black caps beat Afghanistan in their match, then India’s chances of making it to semis will brighten up.

That being said, team India fans are cheering for Scotland in the ongoing match. Meanwhile, Scotland wicketkeeper Matthew Cross made it known to the bowler Chris Greaves which was caught by the stump mic.

The wicket-keeper of Scotland, Matthew Cross was heard saying, “Whole India is behind you, Greaves” on the stumps-mic.

The video of the same is going viral on social media and being appreciated by many on social media as the fans and followers were left in awe seeing Matthew Cross doing sarcastic comments behind the stumps.

Things have gone from bad to worse for team India as they lost their second consecutive game of the tournament against New Zealand on Sunday. They are currently sitting at the second last spot on the points table.

After Pakistan defeated India by 10 wickets in the first game, New Zealand smashed India by 8 wickets in the second game at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Following this defeat, India’s chances of making it to the semi-finals are now very minimal. They need to win all of their remaining games and hope for some other results to go their way. If Afghanistan manage to get better of India on Wednesday, it will be the end of the road for Virat and co in this T20 World Cup.
