After the T20 World Cup 2024 concludes in June, the Indian cricket team is scheduled to tour Zimbabwe in July. The India tour of Zimbabwe 2024 will include a five-match IND vs ZIM T20I series scheduled from July 6th to July 14th.
The first T20I between India and Zimbabwe will be played on July 6th, with the second T20I following on July 7th. There will be a two-day gap before the 3rd T20I scheduled for July 10th. The 4th and 5th T20Is will be played on July 13th and July 14th, respectively. All matches will be held in Harare.
Former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman will serve as the head coach for Team India during the Zimbabwe tour, with Gautam Gambhir expected to take over starting from the Sri Lanka tour of India. A relatively young squad will be given an opportunity on this tour, particularly the standout performers of IPL 2024.
