[Watch] Travis Head, Glenn Maxwell Involved in On-Field Fight During IPL 2025 Match

The IPL 2025 clash between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium turned intense as two Australian teammates, Travis Head and Glenn Maxwell, got into a brief on-field altercation.

Sunrisers were chasing a massive target of 246 runs, and by the ninth over, they had already reached 123 without losing a wicket. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma were smashing the bowlers all around the ground, keeping SRH in the chase with their explosive partnership.

But amidst the fireworks with the bat, the mood on the field got heated.

The incident happened in the ninth over when Glenn Maxwell came in to bowl. On one of the deliveries, he bowled a quicker ball on off-stump, and Travis Head tried to pull it but mistimed the shot. The ball went to the left of Maxwell, and as he walked back to his mark, he exchanged a few words with Head.

Travis Head did not stay silent and gave a response. The two Aussies locked eyes and exchanged a few more words, creating a tense moment on the field.
