Himanshu Sangwan Cherishes Kohli’s Wicket
Himanshu Sangwan described Kohli’s wicket as the most special moment of his career. The 31-year-old pacer admitted that he has always looked up to Kohli as an inspiration. He also spoke about the electrifying atmosphere at the stadium, as thousands of fans turned up just to watch Kohli play.
Speaking about Railways’ bowling strategy, Sangwan revealed that there was no special plan for Kohli’s wicket.
“We did not focus on one batter. Most of the Delhi batters like to attack, so our plan was simple—bowl in the right channel and try to get an edge,” Sangwan said.
Meanwhile, Delhi captain Ayush Badoni played a crucial knock of 99 runs to help his team post a strong total. The bowlers then stepped up, leading Delhi to a massive victory by an innings.
