Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 12 runs in the 43rd match of the 13th season of IPL. This is Punjab’s fourth consecutive win. The team remains in the race for the play-offs with 10 points. At the same time, with this defeat, the road to play-offs for Hyderabad has become difficult.

Batting first after losing the toss, Punjab gave a target of 127 runs. In reply, Hyderabad was all out after scoring 114 runs. This is the shortest target of the season in Dubai. Earlier, in the 40th match, Rajasthan Royals gave Hyderabad a target of 155 runs.

Hyderabad Lost 7 Wickets in Last 4 Overs

Punjab lost 2 consecutive wickets on the score of 66 runs. Chris Gayle (20) was dismissed by Jason Holder in the hands of David Warner on the last ball of the 10th over.
