Naveen-Ul-Haq will represent the sister franchise of CSK in MLC 2024.

Afghan fast bowling sensation Naveen-ul-Haq has been signed by the Texas Super Kings for the upcoming Major League Cricket (MLC) 2024 season. The Texas Super Kings are the sister franchise of the Indian Premier League (IPL) giants, Chennai Super Kings.
The 2024 edition of the MLC kicks off on July 1st, and Naveen-ul-Haq will be a key player for the Texas Super Kings. The young pacer recently announced his retirement from ODI cricket to focus solely on the T20 format, where he already plies his trade for various franchises worldwide.
Naveen is a familiar face in the IPL, currently representing the Lucknow Super Giants. In the recently concluded IPL 2024 season, he emerged as the leading wicket-taker for his team, claiming 14 wickets in 10 matches with an economy rate of 10.14. His deceptive slower deliveries are a weapon in his arsenal, often catching batters off guard.
The MLC is in its second season, having witnessed a successful inaugural year in 2023. Mumbai Indians’ sister franchise,MI New York, emerged victorious in the first edition. The addition of a player like Naveen-ul-Haq will undoubtedly bolster the Texas Super Kings’ bowling attack.
