The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 will be the third season of the tournament, organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
The tournament will start on February 14, 2025, and will run for a month. Five teams will participate, with Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women (RCB-W) entering as the defending champions. The matches will take place at four different venues in India.
The format remains the same as in previous editions. Each team will face every other team twice in the league stage. The five teams competing are Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women, Delhi Capitals Women, Gujarat Giants Women, Mumbai Indians Women, and UP Warriorz.
At the end of the league stage, the team with the most points will go straight to the final. The second and third-placed teams will play an Eliminator, and the winner will join the table toppers in the final. Many well-known players will take part, making WPL 2025 an exciting tournament for fans.
