Delhi Capitals will take on Mumbai Indians in the opening match of WPL 2023
The much-awaited Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 is set to kick off on March 4, with Gujarat Giants and Mumbai Indians playing the opening match at Dr DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
The tournament will feature a fierce competition among five teams – Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, UP Warriorz, Delhi Capitals, and Royal Challengers Bangalore – all vying for the coveted title.
With the auction in February, all five teams were able to acquire talented players, bolstering their squads. Delhi Capitals have also made some exciting signings.
