The countdown has officially begun for the first-ever Women’s Premier League 2023, which will start on March 4th in Mumbai.
The race to the trophy will be intense as the five teams – Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Gujarat Giants, UP Warriorz, and Delhi Capitals – lock horns on the field.
The teams have bolstered their rosters with some impressive new talent from the February auction, with UP Warriorz making some exciting signings.
UP Warriorz have placed their trust in Alyssa Healy, a five-time World Cup winner, to lead the team as captain, with Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma serving as vice-captain.
